You
may return any product in new condition within
30 days of receipt of your order, you may return
a defective product at any time. We'll refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result
of our error.
Products returned in new condition must include
the original packaging and accessories. Items
returned more than 30 days after delivery, in
unsellable condition or with missing parts will
be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds are made in the same form of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 business
days of our receiving your return.
Please include with your return the following:
- the date of your purchase
- your name, address and telephone number
- your credit card information for credit
purposes
Shipping
Our standard shipping
method is ground service via UPS. If you need
your product overnight, please let us know and
we can make arrangements with you. The shipping
fees shown below apply to orders shipped via
ground services, and only within the continental
U.S. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
and other destinations, and for express orders,
there will be an additional shipping charge.
To calculate when you will receive an item,
you need to consider the availability of the
items you are ordering as well as the shipping
option you select.
If you select standard shipping for U.S. shipments
and your items are in stock, the shipping time
will be 1 to 6 business days, depending on where
the package is being shipped.
If everything is not in stock at the time you
place your order, we will communicate with you
directly to determine whether you would like
us to hold your order until it is complete or
you would like us to ship the items as they
become available. Usually we'll hold the order
until all of the items are available. Multiple
shipments incur multiple shipping charges.

Illinois residents must pay 9% sales tax. No
tax is charged to orders shipped outside of
Illinois.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express
credit cards as well as checks, money orders,
or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars
and drawn on a U.S. bank -- and U.S. currency,
of course.

for unauthorized charges made to your card as
a result of shopping at Business Savvy. Under
the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot
hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank holds you liable for any
of this $50, Business Savvy will cover the entire
liability, up to the full $50. Business Savvy
will cover this liability only if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own from purchases made at Business
Savvy while using the secure server. In the
event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Still don't want to use your credit card on
the Internet? No problem. Just fill out our
order form online. Enter only your card's last
five digits and its expiration date. Once you
have fully submitted your order, you may call
us with your credit card number or we will telephone
you to obtain the rest of your card number.
